In October, Hexagon Geospatial Authorized Resellers for D-A-CH met for this year’s partner meeting. Darmstadt, centrally located in Germany and home to both the Technology and Innovation Centre (TIZ) and our partner UMGIS GmbH, provided an ideal setting.
For two days, we focused on the intensive exchange of information among the partners and Hexagon Geospatial. This meeting provided us a chance to discuss improvements in the partner program, give product updates, share our vision and company roadmaps. It also gave our partners a chance to showcase their own technical innovations and overview of current geospatial solutions.
This year, we featured municipal applications based on GeoMedia Smart Client Kommunal (GMSC-K), some cloud-based Smart M. Apps for monitoring tree damage, and mobile solutions for offline data acquisition. Based on the broad range of current applications, it quickly became clear that our partners use Hexagon Geospatial technology to address a wide variety of location-based challenges.
The intensive and open exchange of ideas among each other, the discussion of future technologies and the exchange of existing solutions in the sense of a B2B clearly shows the advantages of an extensive partner network.
The Hexagon Geospatial Partner Network is a shared journey to create a future for both parties that is better than either could have developed alone. The Partner influences every aspect of the Hexagon Geospatial business and is the foundation of our organization’s success. The Hexagon Geospatial Partner Network is more than “putting Partners first”, or finding mutually satisfactory solutions to shared problems, or a dedication to excellence in every sale or service encounter. It also requires a commitment to forging long-term relationships that create synergies of knowledge, security, and adaptability for both parties.
Hexagon Geospatial’s team would like to thank everyone for their participation and active contribution to this year’s Authorized Reseller Meeting and encourage them to participate in the DACH Media Contest! http://hexgeo.co/DACHcontest
