Support Portal Moved to Hexagon Geospatial Community

We hope that by now you’ve had a chance to check out our Hexagon Geospatial Community and all of the exciting benefits it has to offer! Since the April launch of the Community, this has been the place to gain, exchange, and share knowledge with other users, who are developing applications based on our Hexagon Geospatial products. And now, we would like to announce that the Hexagon Geospatial Community is now our central information hub for just about everything.

Support Portal Moved

We’ve recently opened the Hexagon Geospatial Community for support purposes. This means that the entire content from our previous Support Portal has been moved over to new Community platform, so that from now on the Hexagon Geospatial Community is our central information hub, on which our customers, partners and prospects can find all technical information across all our products. Now, the Community truly is a one-stop-shop for everything product related.

Don’t forget about all of the other great benefits the Hexagon Geospatial Community has to offer. Besides HGDN related content, there is product support related content available including: product specific knowledge bases, discussion boards, Q&A’s, release information, tutorials and eTraining.

In order for the Community to continue to grow at a fast pace, everyone is asked to contribute and share his or her knowledge in discussion boards. The discussion boards allow users to get in direct contact with experts around the globe and provide a chance for users to share their expertise on a topic to help others, as well as find help they may be seeking.

We hope that if you haven’t visited the Hexagon Geospatial Community yet, that you’ll go check it out and see all of the ways you can take advantage of its resources. Keep in mind, it’s available to everyone and it’s free to join!
