Hexagon Geospatial has a network of channel partners and customers who showcase news about the most cutting-edge technologies, new implementations and dynamic uses of our solutions.  On an ongoing basis, we will be featuring news and insights from our vast network.Sterling Geo

Today, we are highlighting news from Sterling GEO, our channel partner who provides geospatial solutions using our ERDAS and GeoMedia software in the United Kingdom.

In conjunction with McKenzie Intelligence Services (MIS), a Skybox Imaging distribution partner, Sterling GEO has demonstrated how to use ERDAS IMAGINE for effectively analyzing images from the SkySat-1and SkySat-2 constellations.

Sterling GEO has also created a repository of Free Downloadable Spatial Models.  The IMAGINE Spatial Modeler allows a user to easily graphically construct complex geospatial workflows with raster, vector and point cloud inputs and view results on the fly.  Features include automatic GUI creation, the ability to execute just about any .exe as part of a workflow, and extend the utility with Python or our SDK. Users can also publish these models to ERDAS APOLLO and run processes on the cloud.

Sterling Geo’s library has models ranging from Change Detection and Classification to Radiance Conversion.
