Sharing a Vision for Partner Growth and Success in EMEA


When it comes down to solving customer problems, it is always best to have people close to the customers who can clearly understand their needs, goals, and passion. That’s why we put so much effort into developing our Partner Community.

On 3-4 February 2015, we had the unique opportunity to gather together and discuss how we can empower our partners to best serve our customers at the 2015 EMEA Partner Summit in Warsaw, Poland.

The event brought together our ecosystem of EMEA partners to pass on the latest insights about Hexagon Geospatial’s innovations, as well as share best practices for success and enjoy networking opportunities.

The EMEA region is a key area for growth and expansion when it comes to the advancement and use of our geospatial solutions. This event created an opportunity for dynamic dialogue between Hexagon Geospatial and our partners as we search for ways to achieve a high level of success in 2015.

From networking to updates on the Hexagon Geospatial 2015 Power Portfolio, the event was much more than a typical partner meeting.  We tackled key challenges for helping our partners bring success to themselves and their customers. We talked about new back office processes to lessen the load on partners, freeing them up to sell to customers and solve problems. We also discussed the tools and resources that help our partners effectively communicate our solutions to the market.

To make sure that everyone understood the corporate goals, we shared some high-level insights into what the future holds for Hexagon Geospatial. Emphasizing our windmill messaging, we talked about our strategy to move away from “traditional GIS” to the development of cloud- and mobile-based solutions.

One of the core themes from the event is that our need to continually be innovative and nimble in our approaches to helping EMEA customers best leverage geospatial data for enhancing decision-making.  The world is changing at a rapid pace and we continue to be on the forefront of this arena.

We envision a bright future where virtually every major organization in EMEA will be leveraging Hexagon Geospatial’s solutions to enhance their operational performance.

Together, with our partners, we will be able to bring this vision to life, and confirm our place as the number one player in the global geospatial sector.

Claudio Mingrino is Vice President, Global Strategic Partnerships. He is a business development executive with deep expertise in driving and achieving growth objectives in diverse, foreign markets. Claudio has worked in information technology for over 30 years and combines broad experience in sales and market penetration strategies with a solid understanding of business operations management. In 1994 he joined Intergraph as Business Unit Manager of the global indirect channel for Italy and Greece, and later became Country and Legal Entity Manager for Italy in 2000. In 2012 Claudio became EMEA Director for all Hexagon initiatives and, in January 2014, joined Hexagon Geospatial as EMEA Executive Director. Claudio is a lover of sports and finds time to cycle, ski and swim. He is also an avid traveler and likes to spend quieter times reading about art and history.
